UPDATED Regathering Plan Current as of the week of January 3 2021. Guidelines are subject to change.
These guidelines have been put together by referencing CDC guidelines, state and local guidelines, and with guidance of other ministers and churches.
• We ask those who have recently been ill or hospitalized, have a weakened immune system, had or have been exposed to Covid-19, or just not comfortable returning to corporate worship to please enjoy services online until an appropriate time. No judgment here!
• Mask will be required while in the buildings! Including Sunday School Classes, or any other time when 6 foot Social Distance can not be maintained.
• You can remove your mask while sitting in the Pews with your Household Family as long as you keep 6 feet from other people.
• We will take sanitizing our sanctuary, bathrooms, foyer, rooms, and other highly trafficked areas seriously and follow guidelines to make sure everything is clean and sanitized after each gathering.
• When we begin in-person services, we will do our best to offer “touch-free” experiences as long as appropriate including but not limited to: having doors opened for entry and exit, removal of pew items, limited items like pens, cards, changes in offering time etc.
• We ask that you be vigilant in practicing social distancing and no-touch greetings. (wave, elbow bump, smiling is nice)
• We will not immediately return to the following but not limited to: large events and meetings, fellowship gatherings with food (especially potluck style),
• We will respect everyone’s safety and health. Anyone on our grounds who refuses to abide by proper social distance, safety, church, and health guidelines will be asked to leave. Rolling Hills Baptist reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person deemed in violation of these guidelines. (see Christian Law Association Document) By entering our premises, you are agreeing to the posted guidelines.
Note: These measures will be adjusted accordingly at the discretion of the leadership of RHBC.
